Immigration Evaluations

Psychological reports can have a positive impact on an immigration application by providing for the court or a USCIS adjudicator a detailed explanation of the harmful psychological and emotional impact an unfavorable immigration decision would have on the immigrant and his or her family members.  For immigrant crime victims, a psychological report can be critical in demonstrating the emotional harm suffered by the immigrant as a result of the crime perpetrated against him or her.
I offer immigration psychological evaluations for individuals applying for a U-visa, hardship waiver, VAWA self-petition and other forms of immigration benefits or relief.  I will meet with you individually, consult with your attorney, and review any pertinent records that may assist me in providing a thorough and complete evaluation.
